It's time for my February Reading Wrap-Up!

As I explained in my January Reading Wrap-Up, I'm going to be sharing book reviews in individual or group posts throughout the month so they each get the spotlight they deserve.

I read 9 books in February, which was surprising to me because I was going through A LOT (and still am, tbh). I read all of these as audiobooks but ended up going back & forth between the audio & print editions for a couple of them.

Here is what I read:

🎭 Bemused by Farrah Rochon

✊🏾 Freedom is a Constant Struggle by Angela Y. Davis

🏃🏿 James by Percival Everett

💍 The Broposal by Sonora Reyes

🌄 The Color of a Lie by Kim Johnson

✍🏾 The Neighbor Favor by Kristina Forest

👠 The Partner Plot by Kristina Forest

🎤 The Love Lyric by Kristina Forest

🌌 The Scourge Between the Stars by Ness Brown

As always, please read the content warnings for each of these books on Storygraph!!

What did you read in February?

[ID: Glowing, bright pink TEXT - BOOKISH AFROLATINA’S FEBRUARY WRAP-UP. Two rows of books sit in the middle; five books are in the top row and four books are in the second row. Below the books, dark blue text over a white banner reads: REMINDER: PLEASE READ THE CONTENT WARNINGS FOR EACH BOOK ON STORYGRAPH! In the background, there are colorful bookshelves that are blurred and tinted pink.]
